Our professionally qualified team offers consultation to lesbians, gays and relatives of all ages and ethnicities on a variety of life situations. Topics are as diverse as lesbian and gay life itself. Along with telephonic and personal counseling we offer anonymous online advice. Whether individual or couple counsultation is needed – RUBICON's team will help.
Center for ideas, groups and gay-lesbian engagement. RUBICON is offering a platform to ca 20 different groups of interest and self-help, and is supporting people with visions in founding new groups. Our international group called baraka
is an open café for lesbians and gays from all over the world. Whether born in germany or immigrated – at baraka
you can exchange experiences and tips.

and Federal state coordination of anti-violence work for lesbians and gays in north-rhine westphalia
